Everything about this guest house reflects the attention to detail that the owners provide for their guests. The owners clearly want all guests to have the perfect stay and provide that with superb efficiency. Absolutely spotless, with a great range of breakfast food, very comfortable, quiet rooms and a well deserved full marks from the Bridlington Tourist Board. As well as being a fantastic place to stay it's only a few minutes walk from the Spa with all it's attractions and just yards away from the beach.

Attention to detail.

We stayed just the one night 29th September for the Radio 2 All star Party at Bridlington Spa. Our First ever visit but will definitely not be our last. We were met with a lovely welcome from Mike & Anne which was nice after a 3 hour drive, the location for the venue, town & beach was absolutely Perfect. The B&B itself was spotlessly clean & nothing seemed to be any trouble for Mike & Anne. The Breakfast was exceptional & We would highly recommend a stay

Radio 2 All Star Party

This was a lovely, 'old school' (in the best possible way!) B&B where we were greeted with warm hospitality (and a cup of tea!) by a friendly and knowledgeable couple who couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable - and surprisingly roomy! Impressed with the shower, too! The breakfast was first class: fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, plentiful toast, bottomless coffee - and an extensive choice from a cooked menu that was just delicious. 
Great location; the beach was just at the end of the road! Parking was a bit tight but we found convenient spaces.  We know that our hosts were busy and had a quick turn around for new guests but we felt unhurried and kept them talking for far too long!

Great welcome, great location, great breakfast, great value!

We stayed at Bretlinton House for three nights between Christmas and New Year.
*We were welcomed at the door and helped with our luggage.
*We were shown into the dining room and given tea and coffee, cakes and biscuits along with cheese. We were informed that in Yorkshire it is traditional to always serve cheese with fruit cake.
*Mike and Anne sat with us and chatted and gave local information. They told us where was good to eat, drink, visit etc. We informed them of our interest in small breweries and our passion for real ale. The next morning at breakfast Mike gave us a list of local pubs serving real ale and local breweries. He had even contacted a friend who is a CAMRA member for information for us.
*Our room had a king sized bed, was immaculately clean and had tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. We had our own private landing and a lovey private bathroom with bath and shower.
*The breakfasts were very good. Cereals, lovely fresh fruit including strawberries, raspberries and blueberries (in December) , yoghurts, fruit juice.as well as the largest, good quality, well cooked English breakfast choice.
*Mike and Anne could not have been more friendly and helpful or the accommodation and food any better.
*We will return.

Best B&B

I stayed here for the weekend with an event going on in the town. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and ample! Anne and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful, and the b&b had a real family atmosphere. The rate was very reasonable indeed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to stay in Bridlington.
