They are the worst hotel apartment.. No proper WiFi.. No cleaning services..

We took the apartment for a month.. They had promised cleaning twice a week and good WiFi.. Now nothing even after multiple reminders!!

NEVER OPT TO STAY..

Brokerage was hefty and once they got money then no response from them..

Worst Hotel Apartment

if you are thinking of staying here please don’t!!! it’s the worst place to stay!!! the rooms are big and spacious but the management staff and the maintenance of this building is zero. there is no cleanliness, the 1st few floors stink as if there’s garbage everywhere and don’t get me started about the gym. the gym floor looks extremely dirty and unkept, it’s more like a store room full with old washing machines and cooktops and dirty flooring. the gym has a dingy smell. the entire building is infested with cockroaches. no matter how many pesticides are sprayed, it doesnt work!! the management is so unprofessional that even after staying for a year they havent given the tawtheeq!! the residents have to pay every day for the parking because they couldnt register for the residents mawaqif just because of the unavailability of the tawtheeq !! 
the working staff always switches pff the air conditioning that too during extreme summer heat. how many ever times you complain they dont take any action. even after so many complaints from the residents of this building, the management seems to have no care. they should be brought to the notice of the authorities because of providing such poor service. i would never recommend this place or any of their branches to anyone.

PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!

If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, and deal with miscommunication, this is the place for you! 
Unprofessional staff, Very old, the room smelled bad, poor wifi Connection, cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, room service 0, they don’t clean daily only once a week! 
I would never recommend this hotel! 


Stay away!!! 

Weekend experience was awesome. Attached Kitchen with everything inside. Neat & Clean everything. Had a good experience. Wifi was little slow but just fine for the little browsing stuff. Staff was nice.

Nice Rooms and Friendly Staff

the hotel is old but acceptable.  can cook your own food and can call grocery for any items and get it delivered to your room..

Quite comfortable room with a basic bathroom and small kitchenette. Starbucks coffee is just near. Friendly ladies at the reception. Washing machine in the room was a saviour! Cheapest option for our days to stay in Abu Dhabi (which is actually not that chip).

Ok for the short stay

They don’t have non smoking room as customers book a non smoking room and still they smoke in the room according to reception. The room was still wet when we get in, only 1 towel was there in the wet toilet. The building is already old and there are people smoking next to it so it is not advisable for a family with kids. I asked the hotel if they could check me out and that I would be by later in the week to pick up my things, the problem is I didn't get my things from the room. Housekeeping said my things were not there. So my items just  "disappeared".They lost a customer for life!

Dirt not cleaned out of kitchen cabinets. Whole room entrance ceiling moldy. Moldy wall and ceiling above kitchen range hood. Moly shower tile grout.Poor wifi. Poor TV selection.
