1 reviewIf you really want to experience village life in a comfortable place, and spend some time with a hospitable Hutsul family, that is the place for you. Located in a small village 12 kms north of Rakhiv, it has 1 room with attached bath and kitchenette and 3 rooms with shared bath. The garden is lovely and the beautiful river is nearby. The village also has a sparkling spring water that you can drink from (that is the meaning of the village's name). Bogdan will do his utmost to make your stay comfortable and he speaks English, which is a real rarity in the area. His wife and mother will cook tasty breakfast for you (try their home made Nutella mixed with plums - out of this world). It is definitely a much better option than those dreary hotels in Rakhiv. Kvasy is also a good place for hiking in Zakarpatia. Prices are very competitive.
