Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday & a better first holiday for my son. Staff here are so welcoming and happy to go to any ends for you, and they were very accommodating for my son. The hotel is clean and beautiful and there is plenty to do including activities all throughout the day & entertainment at night which was great for adults and kids and the animation team are so friendly. even when my son needed medical attention they were so quick to get a doctor/nurse for him, and helped us with the process when we had to visit the hospital of arranging transfers to & from & having a person that meets you there to translate and walk you through the hospital to where you need to be. We went for 7 days but I happily would’ve stayed forever! Can’t really say anything bad about this hotel or the experience at all.
