Paloma Orenda - All inclusive

This is our second time visiting this hotel in 2 years due to an amazing first stay. You truly couldn’t get a better hotel if you tried and the value for money is impeccable. We arrived around 11 pm on the first day and being able to access food late in the evening was a bonus. All the food in all the restaurants is amazing, so tasty and cooked beautifully. The pool area is great along with the pool bar and the quality of drinks you receive is amazing- not watered down and strong cocktails. The rooms are perfect, super clean and got everything you need in them. We didn’t use the beach as we aren’t really beach people but the area is amazing. All staff are on the whole lovely, but a special mention to the entertainments team. They are all really nice and take the time to chat to you and get you involved without be pushy at all! They really top this hotel off and make it 10x better than it already is. Only one minor detail that I think would make the all inclusive experience slightly better is the staffing in certain areas. Sometimes at the pool bar only one member of staff serving so you can sometimes be waiting a while for a drink and one night in the main restaurant we waiting a while to be served a drink and put plates to be cleared away. Like I say only minor and still leaves this hotel being 5/5. We would definitely come back again in the next few years it’s the only hotel in turkey we truly love! Thank you
