Just come back from this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff...wonderful especially customer relations lady who quickly sorted a problem out for us. Lady on reception, lovely as ever. The 2 young girls at white bar always had a smile but really missed dilek. All public spaces spotless and cleaning all day. Food was delicious with a good choice and loved the salad bar and desserts. Be prepared to put weight on. Rooms were clean with clean towels every day. Fridge in room was really good. Water always in fridge. Entertainment.. we went out at night but people were saying it was good. There was Entertainment all day at the big pool if you wanted it. Snack bar as always delicious. Only fly in ointment was the young man on reception when we checked out. I pointed out a denim jacket was left on one of the sofas and he just shrugged his shoulders. As we were leaving I said goodbye and he didn't even say bye to us. We have already booked to go back and can't wait. Good value for money all in all
