Please read the reviews by other travellers, and take them seriously. This is not a hotel that should be allowed to operate in this century, honestly! I'm traumatised by the experience.

Filthy place, as soon as you've gone past the reception, that's it.
Corridors are carpeted, barely should I say, with a filthy carpet. Not seen them hoovered once, in 5 days I've been resident.
When you ask housekeepers, they say they only maintain rooms.
Talk about rooms, where do I start?
Leaking shower cubicle.
No bath mat after I'd asked for it to be changed after 4 days.
Taps are filthy! When I asked for them to look at them, Google translate says: 'old stain'.

I asked for mould around the sink and taps to be cleaned, they put more silicone over it.
I had to ask for my room floor to be swept, and when they did, or did they, I give up!!

Kitchen: we wasted our money on 'all-inclusive'. Water leakage everywhere near the coffee machines. Plus, residents come in dripping of pool water, why???
I had to go and pay for meals elsewhere and will be putting in an official complaint.
Manager begged for us not to complain as he would try and sort out issues, but, just have a look at the attached pictures, that's what house keeping did to rectify.
When I contacted Booking.com they offered 1 other hotel, 'but you'd need to foot your airport transfer back'. What?

If there was a fire in the hotel, it'd be catastrophic manslaughter:  check out the photos of the fire extinguishers.
Lift broke down for 2 days and I saw women sobbing, those unable to take the stairs or with suitcases. From then on, I avoided it as it could've been my death trap.

Outside the hotel rubbish is building up and no wonder we had flies all over food in the dining area. I had diarrhoea the first 2 days of staying and having tried some of the dog's dinner. Other residents walk in, touch the bread, slice it amd leave it there for the next victim, yak!!

I paid for this supposedly lifetime memorable holiday, its really put me off Turkey for life, I just felt like screaming: get me out of here!!!

Hotel inspectors must close this place down.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS DREADFUL HOTEL!! It is a severe health hazard!! Everywhere was just disgustingly filthy! My sister is disabled,  so can't climb stairs,  got stuck in lift for an hour as it broke down!! Then lift was put out of order,  so she couldn't climb the stairs.  The hotel didn't have a room for us!! We arrived about 11am, were sat in the lobby until 8pm with no food or drink offered!! My sister was in tears the whole time. Tried contacting love holidays and they said we had to sort ourselves out and put in a complaint when we returned home!! Staff didn't speak English, they used translator on phone,  then they all disappeared as we witnessed everybody else coming screaming,  shouting at them, complaining of no rooms,  filthy rooms etc etc.  Eventually,  we had a saviour in the form of a Turkish man who felt sorry for us and helped us find another hotel. We contacted love holidays and they agreed to move us.  Although this was half board and not all inclusive. So it cost us a lot of money for food,  drink etc.  All in all, THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN NOW as its a serious incident waiting to happen!!

I arrived at this hotel on 12 th if June for a fortnights stay on arrival I was given a room on the 5 th floor I have a walking stick and bad legs it was 1145 pm  room was filthy.next morning the lift was broken.i had too walk down ten sets of 12 stairs I was worn out.reception said no speak English.i was told to go back at 2 pm to get a change of room I went in for breakfast it was disgusting nothing edible not even a toaster for a piece of toast and no butter.flies all over the place.i had to sit 6 hours before I got moved then had to struggle with my case down to the first floor.room once again filthy 1 am in the morning bathroom exploded all sewerage all over stunk to high heaven.once again I went to reception told me no English I had to sleep in foyer till moved room again I phoned love holiday said nothing they can do. Looked out of window and outside was all the rubbish bags and bins stunk horrible I got a flight home on my fifth day and then told I couldn't complete a complaint form until tomorrow 26 th  official end of my holiday this is a discusting place please don't go minus 4 star

Most disgusting place I have ever been

what a joke. That was the holiday from hell. I would never ever go to this hotel again. The staff are useless and super rude. I saw a man receptionist sleeping in the waiting area. We waited 12 hours for a room. We never have a proper meal at that disgusting hotel. The rooms looked like a homeless shelter. I have never seen a room so disgusting and unhygienic in my life. Myself and many other visitors we spoke to while on the trip will be receiving a refund for this horrible experience. How can you run a hotel with horrible staff and a disgusting hotel. Avoid.

Not enough room for the review I have typed. LOVE HOLIDAYS are just as bad! THIS IS NOT A 4 star hotel, even by Turkey standards. 2 star at the very most. Arrived 3am, room with air con ripped off the wall. No hot water. Not the room I booked. NO AIR CONDITIONING as advertised. We never had a hot shower, one night no water at all. It’s the original furniture since it was built in 2000! The place is literally falling apart!! The whole hotel is absolutely filthy (look at the pics) We got put into someone else’s room after 3 hours of waiting. who had walked out after 4 days of a 2 week stay, as it was, with his sheets, his rubbish and not cleaned. The next morning the cleaners still didn’t change the sheets, change the towels or clean his rubbish!!! There is no balcony furniture so be prepared to sit on the floor. The room - peeling laminate, flooding bathroom, flaky walls, dirty toilet, mastic stuck together sinks, no sink plug and a fridge that doesn’t work. The room was cleaned once in 7 days, no towels for 2 days, when I say no towels. I mean no towels! I had to get a roll of kitchen paper out of a cupboard. No joke. There are no pool towels suppled, FYI. Bed sheets never changed once during the whole week. NO TOILET ROLL for 5 days. The food is passable. Chefs wearing BOSS t shifts. No hygiene. When I say at dinner there is fights and a que 45 deep, I mean it. People running to pile the plates as high as they can!!! At 8pm there is nothing left, you ask for food and they say it’s finished.. There are no snacks in-between meals. There was no cups at breakfast, one lady was using a soup bowl as a coffee cup. 😂 Plates dirty and ran out within an hour. Stick to salads if you’re unfortunate enough to have booked. They are alright. There is a salad bar. Watery soup and tough bread, a small grill selection which was processed kebabs ( I think lamb 😂) chicken and sometimes fish, rice, meatballs, standard cake selection (that all tastes the same) fruit (luckily) and over cooked veg. Juice machine broke, coffee machine broke. No milk and sometimes butter. Communal Salt and pepper bowls with no spoons. (I’m surprised I wasn’t really, really sick to be honest!!!!)
NO ICE AT ALL, 35 degrees and NO ICE. Beer was available when the pump worked and the only thing that was cold. Be warned!!!
The pool - GREEN, I mean you cannot see the bottom, filthy and gave us blocked and infected ears. You would not want to swim in it!!! But when it’s that hot you really have no choice. THERE ARE NO UMBRELLAS to lay in the shade, NONE. I have not seen any sort of sanitiser used at all, in the kitchen, on the tables etc etc. The poolside tables are filthy, broken glass and rubbish. Pool bathrooms filthy. There are no bins anywhere, everyone just leaves rubbish, cups, cigarette ends everywhere!!! The hallways have the original carpet and have never been hoovered. I am not even joking. Gaps in room doors. The lift broke down at floor 4 and doesn’t go above floor 4, so you have to lug your cases upto 6. The reception are utterly useless, they have no clue on customer service and have no desire to help unless you are paying for WiFi which is CASH ONLY. I have not seen one member of staff smile, and most walk around in knock off clothes 😂There were families kicking off everywhere. The staff say they are just an employee, hmm that means you help customers. There is a popcorn and juice bar, BRING money, as it’s extra. They only really take Euros!!!l If you pay British you don’t get euro rate. WIFI is £18 for 7 days, that was the best thing about the whole place, it worked everywhere including the beach. Actually impressed with that! Lol! Entertainment, don’t be fooled, 2 people, doing, well not a lot. THERE IS NO GYM or NIGHTCLUB. 😂 PRIVATE BEACH - Absolutely filthy, the fryers outside uncovered, plastic everywhere, toilets - two wooden shacks. Don’t expect anything other than cheap vodka, whiskey and gin. They have a lot of empty JD bottles on the shelf, made me LOL. Evening entertainment, NONE, absolutely RUBBISH!!! DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE!!!

This place is a sesspit! 
Items stolen from room including medication. 
The rooms are filthy! 
No such thing as health and safety here! 
Pool had fags and panty liners in it. 
Our glass door was cracked to the point if you ran your fingers down it it would cut you. 
The food is inedible I wouldn't feed it to the stray animals here they'd probably keel over and die from it. The hot plates are stone cold.. Samonela! 
The staff are too busy getting plastered meaning the all inclusive alcohol dosent exist because they drink it all.
Staff were taking videos of crying children of a family that had booked here and laughing about it. I will be updating with photos of all the crap this place has later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The worst hotel ever.
Food was cold, no toilet paper, bathroom sink was blocked.
The was no water in the bathroom for an hour in the evening.
Rachel is correct,  staff can speak English but choose not to.
Apparently,  they are treated badly. Lift broken for 3 days.
