The roasted tomato soup was the nicest soup I’ve ever tasted and I also recommend the caesar salad and the Tartare Di Salmone - I could have had seconds. The spaghetti aglio e olio was a new dish for me and it did not disappoint - very lovely flavours. I loved how you could see the chefs cooking the food too. They all wore the classic tall white chef hats which I felt added to the professional aspect of the restaurant and food. The service was very good and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We would recommend to everyone staying at X Belek to visit Thymari a la carte at least once during your stay. :)
