Nice big rooms, very good food & friendly people. I visit Turkiye over more than 30 years. The price/quality-ratio is perfect & slipper distance to the beach & BNPL-option with the Beach bar and the beach is very quiet. It is not very touristic

We arrived at midnight so we're not overly aware where we were. The room is cleaned daily and is spotless. The reception staff are friendly and very happy to help. The food is Turkish, fresh salads, mixture of different choices every night  Fresh bread with every meal. Desserts look and taste delicious. This is not a fast food restaurant no pizza, no burgers and chips. If you want that kind of thing this is not the place for you. If you are here to party this is not the place for you. If you want to chill out and relax catch the sun around the well kept pool this is the place for you. Honestly I found it to be a nice chilled out place nicely situated close to the sea. Yes I paid for WiFi 15 euros for the week. Drinks as per norm local are included from 10am until 10pm. We had a great time here and appreciate that some of the visitors were  disappointed and expressed this but it is really their undoing because they are bothering those that want a rest not a party. I hope to revisit if they will have us at the end of the season. I only say if they will have us because some Brits have been acting very badly and loudly and have left me embarrassed at such childish behaviour. 

Overall surprised after reading such bad reviews.

Yes if you're a typical, chips, toast, nuggets type of person this hotel isn't for you. However the food they do put in i found amazing and more of a Turkish/Mediterranean diet. This is brilliant for the kids as they try new foods and get them away from the everyday English food. 

Staff are really polite and great with the kids, dancing and making sure the kids are all ok. Some staff although do not speak strong English. However they still try their best.

Bedrooms are cleaned daily, although some tired bits in the room such as the lamp shades but this does not bother me as I don't have to touch or sleep on a lamp shade... rooms are spacious and had a nice balcony area which helped dry all the clothes.

The pool isn't heated and the slides are on and off through the day but the kids enjoyed this. The pool is very clean and clearly looked after.

Getting into the main town is cheap as well and all drivers have been amazing accommodating all 6 of us. If you need a shop for some last minute things it's literally 1 minute walk and again cheap.

For the price paid, i can not complain at all and an absolute  bargain.

Reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a lot of self entitlement, it seems either people are too picky with their food or not willing to communicate with staff as any issues we had were quickly resolved such as towels/bedding. 

Just keep an open mind when booking and don't expect hotels abroad to bow down and put on your cultures preferences.


I had an outstanding 5-star spa experience at the Green Life Hotel in Antalya. The massage was exceptional and definitely value for money. The friendly staff made the experience even better. I've visited many 5-star spas, but this one exceeded my expectations, thanks to the incredible staff. I walked away completely happy and relaxed. Special thanks to Alp, who sold the package to me, and Berfin, the excellent therapist. Highly recommended!

Only the best experience at this Hotel!

Very welcoming and friendly staff that makes you feel at home from the moment you come until the end, the reception is open 24h. 

Super clean and spacious rooms that get cleaned every day. We were lucky to have a balcony with a lovely view to the city as well.:) 

The food was tasty and plentiful.  All-inclusive was worth the 
money for a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, the bar with a refreshing beer and various cold drinks is open during the day.

The pool is great, with two water slides for the kids, sunbeds, and most of the poolside get the sun all day! Great DJ and music are guaranteed. 

Located close to the beach (takes less than 10 min to get there). Direct bus 202 goes to the center. Also, a small market just next to the hotel. 

All in all, highly recommend it!

Amazing hotel, great staff, nice food.
Just be careful of the sale representatives who come with the trip and tour offers. They will try ripping you off left, right, centre. You can find a lot cheaper yourself.
Also don't use pick and drop service to shopping place, it's just a trap. 
But no complaints with the hotel, enjoyed every single moment and will definitely come again.

Hotel is excellent the staff are so helpful and friendly it makes your stay more enjoyable. Food has been excellent I would highly recommend trying the chefs steaks cooked to absolute perfection. Myself and Diane cannot wait to return in September 2025.

Great place and very cheap too. Me and 3 other of my friends came from uk trying to have some fun before university starts and this was definitely the place. The staffs were friendly and polite, they even upgraded our room when we arrived. The hotel was very clean and had a nice view from the balcony. The food was delicious and I’m definitely going to miss the bread!! They gave us starter, main course and dessert. They also had a selection of different drinks, both hot and cold. It was abit quite due to it being winter but I can definitely imagine how good this place looks in summer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to everyone :) Thankyou so much!!

The staf was perfect. Rooms clean and with good AC. It is good choice if you want cheap hotel in good location. This one is good choice. Not crowded, beach 400 meters. Food good. They have alcohol, but dont have coctails. I like this place! Near pharmacy and bus station, you can go tu Alanya centrum.

I had the experience of staying in this hotel and I must say that this hotel was really great.  It had a beautiful and intimate environment that made me feel comfortable and relaxed.  The rooms were very clean, fully equipped and tidy and I was very satisfied with the comfort and convenience provided here.

 The hotel staff were also very friendly and professional and always helped me and responded to my needs.  The hotel breakfast was also very good and I enjoyed the many delicious options offered there.

Hotel is slightly tired in places, however for the price paid it was very good, clean large room, food was good if for an English taste a little different at times. I must stress how brilliant the staff were helpful friendly in every way particularly the young lady on reception.  The Turkish bath experiance costs extra but is sooo worth it!! We would visit again without concern.

Hotel is ok, there are few minor problems however you get what you pay for. The pool closes at 6 which is very early and the food is average and sometimes very questionable. Rooms are ok but strong smell coming from the bathrooms. 
The cleaner does come in daily to make beds etc. If anyone is thinking about coming to this hotel for a cheap holiday then it’s ok however if you are a woman/girl this area does not feel safe when you are outside of the complex. The men are absolute predators and make women feel very unsafe therefore please take this into consideration before booking. Other than that the pool is Lovely, and the beach is nice but the walk there is not.

Some excellent staff. We had a really excellent massage from inside the hotel. Food not greatest. Alcohol good. All I alll a great holiday and met some amazing people. Staff were polite if you polite with them

Good points first hotel and room lovely pool gorgeous there wasn't enough sunbeds but more arrived during my stay. Arrived in antalya at 1am took 4hrs to reach hotel driver wasn't in a hurry stopped after half hr for a break 😳  food is the worst and no there isn't always something unless you like dry bread and salad butter was rancid nothing kept cold or hot ceareal was OK coffee was nice, pool shut at 5 bar at 10 All lights turned out.Staff didn't care what went on people drinking from glass bottles in the pool lots of noise arguments and swearing nothing said. I always go cheap n cheerful but really struggled with how long the transfer is and the food not many places close by so difficult for families to find food for the kids no toaster lol

Greenlife Hotel in Alanya is a budget-friendly all-inclusive option, but my experience left a lot to be desired. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:

Location and Transfer:
The hotel is about a 2-hour drive from Antalya Airport, with the transfer service picking you up a full 5 hours before departure. While this is understandable for logistical reasons, it’s something to plan for.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Unfortunately, cleanliness is not the hotel’s strong suit. The property felt poorly maintained, with slippery floors and noticeable leaks whenever it rained. If you’re expecting a polished or hygienic environment, you may be disappointed.

Cats Everywhere:
For cat lovers, this might seem charming, but the sheer number of cats roaming both inside and outside the hotel—restaurants, bedrooms, and public spaces—was overwhelming. If you have cat allergies or don’t enjoy their company, this is definitely not the place for you.

Food and Dining:
The food was underwhelming. Instead of focusing on authentic Turkish cuisine, the hotel seemed to aim for an international menu, which fell flat. The offerings felt more like a restrictive diet retreat than a satisfying all-inclusive experience.

Facilities and Amenities:
Some advertised amenities were misleading. There was no gym, despite it being listed as part of the hotel’s offerings. The pool is unheated, so unless you’re visiting during the summer, it’s not worth bringing swimwear. Internet access costs €15 for seven days, contrary to what was advertised as free. Additionally, the beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the bar there is not included in the all-inclusive package.

Staff and Service:
The staff lacked warmth and hospitality, with little to no smiles or friendly interactions. This made the stay feel less welcoming.

Value for Money:
On the plus side, the price is low for an all-inclusive package, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. However, the combination of poor management, misleading advertisements, and lackluster service made the stay a mixed experience.

Final Verdict:
Overall, I’d rate the stay 50/50. If you’re prepared for the issues outlined above, it might be an acceptable budget choice, but I wouldn’t personally recommend this hotel. It wasn’t a memorable or special experience, and there are likely better options in the area for similar prices.

Greenlife hotel analya turkey honest review

Worst hotel ever. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Food was inedible. Leftovers dished up at breakfast time. Broccoli is not a breakfast dish!!!!!!!  Public toilets had no toilet paper no paper towels to wipe hands and drier was broken!!! Disgusting

Stay away unless you want to lose weight

Hotel is very bad food is rubbish some staff are very rude. Hakan hammam spa centre very nice man his massage very good very kind and respectful he was the best staff member in hotel and very helpful. Manager is an idiot he is a horrible man not helpful

The worst hotel ever rude horrible staff and service the rooms weren’t clean properly the duvet covers was dirty and disgust the food was served over and over again left over food on top of that had to pay for the WiFi take my advice never go to that hell of a hotel the lifts would break down when you in there.
