Fantastic
3 reviewsI can go on and on about how beautiful this 3-floor B&B is, but the really amazing part of Kuo Kuang is the hospitality. I came to Hualien to spend the weekend hiking the gorge. My Chinese is very poor so my itinerary was not well planned. However the owners of Kuo Kuang(I can't remember their names) helped me plan my trip to Taroko, calling to book hotels and shuttles. At the end of the night, the husband plays guitar beautifully as the lucky guests enjoy Taiwanese goodies and fine wine. A nearby night market is a 5-10 minute taxi away and Kuo Kuang struck a deal with the taxi company so every ride is 100 NTD flat! If you are looking for a relaxing stay with entertainment and good company, you must check this place out !
