We arrived about noon and was greeted by the lady boss. She is a bubbly local who was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. As the room was not ready, she recommended us to take lunch first. There are a few local restaurants along the same stretch. 

The B&B faces the ocean, and a tourist spot to see some rock in the ocean. During the say, some tour coaches would stop opposite the road for tourist to snap pictures. 

Location wise it was perfect. There is a bus stop just at the hotel and the opposite road. However, it was super off peak season when we went in Jan. So the public buses are not so regular. Hainan B&B lady boss took us to the light house and back for a price of 300 NT, which i think was very reasonable. The same night, we walked from Kenting Night Market back to the hotel and it took us about 40 minutes, regular pace. A taxi cost 300NT. 

The next day, since we had a full day, we rented a car from an agency recommend by the lady boss. Total cost for a small toyota was about 1500NT. Parking infront of the hotel was free and there was ample parking lots. 

The room is beautiful with a large bathroom, which also had an ocean view. 

Breakfast was sandwich and tea, nothing too fancy. It was left outside our room hanging on the door knob.

民宿的設施一般，但露台的景觀很好，工作人員也很友善！

但要留意的..是(洗手間/浴室)與睡房 中間沒有廉 阻隔，所以如廁時並沒有私隱 (¯―¯٥)

The view from the balcony kinda nice, price for the deluxe room kinda budget (around 500 HKD. per night Incl. tax in low season), however there're no curtain nor blackout blind between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom... 😂 
hence.. kinda lack of lack of privacy in the toilet (¯―¯٥)

The facilities there kinda ok, receptionist there kinda good.

景觀很美的民宿

We stayed in a quad room with two big beds and a private balcony. From there, we get a panoramic view of the Sail Rock and the infinite sea. The decor is simple and modern, unlike some other Taiwanese B&Bs which have way too cheesy decor.

The hotel is not near the Kenting main street, but it also means it's away from the noise and the crowd. It was no problem to us, since we hired a driver to tour around the area. Free wifi is available in the entire 3-storey building. The hotel staff is also quite helpful.

The only down side is the expensive room rate, but we come in the peak of the summer season when all B&Bs are equally expensive. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great seaview and comfortable beds

A clean and economical B&B with a nice view of the sea.  Do not expect hotel style standards as its a typical Taiwanese 民宿 (minsu or B&B).  Gave it high marks for the view of the sea from the bed and the private balcony for our sea-facing room.  Lady boss is chatty, I think only in Mandarin, bubbly and helpful which adds to the experience!

No lift. 4 storeys high. 
Check in at 3pm. Very strict about this. Not able to check in earlier. 

Need a scooter to get around and mandarin. Zero English is spoken. Motorbikes cost NT500 a day (24hrs). Alternative form of transport is the public bus which runs along the main road. These are every 30 mins and ends around 9pm. Make sure you press the bell to stop or the driver will speed past and not stop, despite you having to tell him your intended destination so he can charge you accordingly (approx NT26 each).

No privacy in the bathroom. This is highly unsuitable for new couples or anyone shy about going to the bathroom infront of others. You are literally in a glass box for all to see. 
The rain shower head is just for show. The normal shower head is the only one that works

Wifi is excellent.  Fast. 

The best part about this B&B is the Full ocean view, and nice little private balcony. 

Net Curtains are ripped and dirty, but the main curtains are thick but not black out. 

Toilet seat lid falls down and hits your back when you move to stand up.

Breakfast is brought up to your room at either 8am or 9am (you choose) in a bag: packaged iced milk tea or iced black coffee and a packaged 3 layer sandwich with fried egg, ham and pork floss. 

The lady in charge speaks no English but was very helpful. 

Hkd2,596 for 2 nights. (Usd 328) 
For this price it wasn't worth it.
