19 reviewsWe stayed at the Matthiol Serviced Apartments for four days and it was amazing. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was the perfect size for our family of 5. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and it had all the necessary essentials. We also had a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. The hotel and building staff were so nice and helpful and they assisted us with every request. They even came to our rescue very quickly the last morning when our coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The apartment also includes use of a private hot tub/sauna area, a ski room, and a laundry room. We were able to reserve the hot tub/sauna area each evening after skiing and it was very nice. I was a little worried to stay here after I read the reviews discussing the long walk up to the apartment but it really wasn’t too bad. However, I would be careful if you are traveling with anyone who has difficulty climbing up stairs. We were even able to ski under the Cervo hotel right into the apartment/which was an added bonus.
