I had the pleasure of going here with my cousin who lives nearby and it was an amazing food experience that I can't rate high enough. We were treated to an amazing fettucine with truffle that really set off our taste buds, then we had the cervo chinois which is like a steamboat where you poach your foods into this hot broth and then add your condiments of your choice over the cooked meat. Firstly the venison meat was so tender, fresh and Moorish you couldn't get it out of the broth quick enough. When that was finished the broth was offered as a refreshing finish to our meal with the addition of either port or sherry. Bruno is an extremely pleasurable host and restaurateur who really makes you feel at home. I highly recommend a visit to his place and experience what I did. Next time can't come soon enough.
