Hi to the owner I stayed in the hotel with my family . The room was so nice the hall was nice the entire floor is excellent. But When we was ready to check in the frond desk said the price of the room was fixed. But they didn’t mention about the service charge. Even when we we was filled up the form they didn’t mention about the service charge. When we ready to check out the frond desk said it’s service charge too. We was disappointed and worried doesn’t matter about the money. they should explained that everything before they check in. If what happen if we don’t carry the money. So we ready to go home far with disappointmentment. Thanks for the room.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Their kitchen is swarming with flies and smells terrible. I wouldn't touch the food if I were you. They have a 70-80kg rottweiler in a 5m closed off concrete alleyway which they have barricaded, so it's forced to sleep in it's own shit. The dog didn't have any food or water, just anxiously walking back and forth. 100% animal cruelty. DO NOT GO THERE!

Very nice place, vintage furniture gives a crazy charm to the place. The room was clean and the food was delicious! The staff are really nice and very professional! We are delighted to have stayed here!

1) The cleanliness of Sri Lanka is not something that anyone can boast of. 1) The circles are dirty, as if they were just splattered. Everywhere there are flies. 2) They ordered teaspoons of green tea. 700 lkr. They brought a teaspoon of boiling tea and 4 bags of the cheapest tea (it sells for 150 lkr in Kills). 3) Half the menu was not easy to make, as the waiter explained.

We're just getting pissed off and didn't want to go out.

food sucks, tasteless, waited more than 40 minutes for food and later did not bring everything we ordered. He counted the food we didn’t order and he didn’t bring the food we did. and food prices are very high on the bill and not like on the menu. You better avoid this restaurant and hotel.

The worst restaurant in the whole trip, the food is disgusting, the soup with seafood and the pit was marked by a leaf of caviar lime - are you serious?

Bad:
Food ! Terrible , even too costly. 
Chef and staff are lazy , never spend your time or money on them.
There is a pizza hut nearby if you are starving to death. 

Good:
LKR 3190/- single room, pretty affordable for a local customer. 
Hotel rooms were managed nicely. Clean , washrooms are oky.
Hot water is not working, I didn't care it since I came here to experience the cold water. But if somebody expects it, make sure that hot water machine is working.

Tip: recommend for a budget stay, good view on the balcony, cheap price for a night. There is a nearby pizza hut for dining requirements. There are spas and brothels nearby, at night you can see prostitutes yelling at customers , so don't mess up with them. if you looking for a prostitute go for a classified escort service. instead. Pimps and thugs controlled areas, visit their cold and kool climate enjoy but be safe. You won't be in any trouble if you don't mess with those prostitutes, pimps, and rascals.

if you are from a warm country or area, wake up early morning and do some yoga-like warmup exercises before bathing in cold water. Coldwater bathing is great ! There is a nearby ground as well, you can do some jogging, no matter how hard you try you won't get sweat here.

Do breathing exercises at 4:00 AM is called the fun. But you need to warmup first , then go outside and do breathing exercises.

Some good services and some bad services

Worst food in Nuwaraeliya. We ordered one rice and curry and two mixed rice packs. Quantities were so small and bill came up around Rs. 2200.00. Rice and curry was Rs. 690 and it had a chicken piece size of a tea spoon. Mixed rices had few shredded chicken pieces on top. Taste was horrible and two mixed rices had small stone pieces. On top of that we had to stay more than 30 minutes to get the ordered food. Not recommending for anyone

Worst Hotel in Nuwaraeliya

The worst food I’ve ever had and such a rip off. Food was terrible and portions were ridiculous.I was so surprised to see these 5 star ratings. Don’t even think of going there. The workers there were so fuzzy and they took so much time to give the food. WORST is the word to describe these kinda bad places.

Worst food and worst service

We bought rice & curry for triple the price in Colombo.it was just disgusting quality and quantity. The below picture shows the size. We spent around Rs 2000 but all the food were really bad. There was stones in the in the fried rice,just really bad disgusting place.
