We really  enjoyed  are stay at at Dream  Palace 
Hashan made us very welcoming  beds and room  were superb  breakfast  was fantastic  staff were brilliant 
Thank you for a lovely  stay
Was  very close to a beautiful  beach 
And beach  restaurants

Excellent  Guest  House

Fabulous service by Hasham. A minutes walk to the beach & an abundance of restaurants outside. Breakfast was plentiful & fulfilling.
Beautiful large clean room with balcony, fridge & Ac. 
Great beachside location & very spacious seating area.

Fabulous Guest house

Really clean and nice rooms with fridge, hot shower with good pressure and other amenities. Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was included and it was close to the beach in the centre of Mirissa Beach but still very affordable. Recommended!

Great place!

Wonderful Family hosts, good clean venue, lovely fresh breakfasts. Close to all amenities. Will definitely recommend this place. Warm friendly  people, always on hand to assist with any request. Best fresh fruits every morning for the guest at breakfasts

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Dream Palace Family Guest House! We stayed there 5 days and had perfect vacation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was amazing—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, food spots, and even a bus station, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. It's also near some great sightseeing places, which made exploring the area so easy. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Mirissa

I really liked staying at Dream Palace Guesthouse! Very helpful and kind owners family.
You have everything you need in the room and other common areas, felt safe during whole stay.
I hope to return back someday to Mirissa, and to this place, for sure!

Great and safe hotel

The place is really nice, the room is big, the bed is very comfortable, there is air conditioning, there is a fan, there is a shower with hot water, a kettle in the room
, a shared kitchen, a balcony on the roof, laundry services.  
In short, excellent.  
The owners are very nice and kind.  And in addition to all the fair price.

A wonderful place in the city center and near the beach

Best place to stay as a solo traveler also if you have a family with you this place is so far the best from near to the beach with good facilities. It’a more like a family home and the owners are so good behavior and humble

The best place to stay near the beach

We stayed here for 4 nights. I have never seen more helpful and caring receptionist. He helped us with laundry, trips, transport and was always ready to give us any advice. The hotel has great location near the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants, grocery store and souvenir shops. The bus stop is also in front of the hotel. You can buy water in the hotel for the same price as in the grocery store, which is a great benefit. Rooms were clean and the AC was working just fine. There was also mosquito net. I can't think of better accommodation ❤️

Great service, location, rooms.

Lovely little family guesthouse, located only 30 seconds from the beach.
The property is near to the Main Street, and has a back path down to the beach.

Room was really clean, the family that run it are lovely, and there’s a great little roof terrace with views of the ocean.
Everything I needed was provided, even including a hairdryer and beach towels. They also have a shared kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food.
A real little gem, definitely recommended !
