Basad on our experience, we would highly recommend a stay with the lovely Nanda and Sarath! The room is spacious and clean and the house is beautiful. Great breakfast and lunch (all freshly home made Sri Lankan). Sarath and Nanda were willing to help us with our every need, which included taxi rides in their car to the city and helping us plan the rest of our trip. When we left we accidentally left a mobile phone in the backseat of the car. We found out when we were miles away at our next destination, but Sarath made sure it was delivered to us by express post so we had it back within a day. The location of their home is a bit away from the center, which we thought was very nice because it was great to relax after each busy day in the city. And even though it was a bit further, we still walked home some of the days, because it is a nice stroll in a beautiful environment :)

Great hosts in a beautiful and quiet environment

This was really unique experience of living in Sri-Lanka. This place is a real house of very intelligent people. House is located in very quiet and safety area, which is actually one big view-point. 

I was woken up by monkey's  noises and bird's singing which was really nice.

The owner is very intelligent and gentle person. He helped me with picking me up from the train station, with ordering tuk-tuk and taxi to the airport.

The rooms a very cozy and clean. The house itself is very beautiful.

The only "minus" (which is not actually "minus") is distance from city center which supposes you to pay more for tuk-tuk.
