This is one of the budget hotel in bandarawela city. My boking charge was LKR 3500. From upper floor you can see very nice view. 

When we reach to hotel owner had welcome. He was so friendly. All crew were so friendly. Foods were clean and delicious. But price was very high compared to outside hotels in Bandarawela city. 

Washroom facilities were good and clean. But washrooms are small. If you visit bandarawela city, March - April is good season and this place is nice to stay for budget price.

This hostel is located in between Bandarawela and Diyathalawa. Just about 4km away from Bandarawela city.You can reach hotel from Diyathalawa or Bandarawela. If you come by train infront of Bandarawela railway station there are taxies.Auto had charged 150LKR from me from Bandarawela railway station. Parking space available. Good place to stay. Value for money you spend.

"Clean budget hotel"

Upstairs rooms are in pristine order, clean. Magnificent view from the balcony. There is an uncle who is the care taker. He treated us well. The owner is a very good person and overall I recommend this hotel to a team or family. I would like to request the owner to upgrade the other rooms to international standard.

Another accommodation for cheap rate

this was booked by a third party for 7 of us and we got all 3 upstairs rooms. So the whole place was to ourselves as other rooms were way down below street level. The rooms were good but the bathrooms were really small. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The best thing about this place was that the owner couple were very nice. food was good too. Our booking included food - one warning about this - the owners kept piling us with a lot of food saying that they have to feed us to the value agreed with the agent who made the booking and every meal included things we didn't order. But when the bill came, it was a lot more than the price quoted to us. When we first asked for a menu, an old worker gave us one, but one of the owners took that back saying it's only for the locals. In spit of my asking many times, she didn't give us prices. However, the meals we ordered were nothing fancy. So the price was a surprise. So if you're ordering meals, get the prices first.

Attentive service and great food, but negotiate meal prices first

Nice place to stay. Lowest price in Bandarawela. Spectacular view and food is delicious. We were on a tight budget and the best 3000/= we spent this year. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for families.

Upstair rooms are great

The room which was reserved by me was not given. When I was there at the hotel an old guy came forward and welcomed me , upon inquiry about my reservation a man I thought was the owner told the old guy just give me the a downstairs room without consulting my reservation. The room was horrible , nothing pristine like in the photos. God No. Curtains was dirty, Wall had stains, A Pathetic excuse for a blanket was there which was also stained (I didn't use that) . Flusher of the toilet sometime didn't work and the heater is just an ornamental I guess.
Do yourself a favor and don't choose this s**thole..
