MLL Palma Bay Club Resort

The bad reviews on here had me worried sick about my visit. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. Myself and a friend visited for 4 days in April 2024. This was probably the cleanest, safest hotel I have ever stayed in. Cleanliness: This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The place is spotless. The staff clean any mess immediately, no spill, dirt, or misplaced item is left more than 5 minutes without being attended to. The rooms are immaculate. The cleaner came everyday during our stay and made the bed, provided fresh towels etc daily. The pool area - spotless. The beds are so comfortable, pillows are nice and the room in general is modern with 2 TV’s, a lovely bathroom and a beautiful balcony area with lots of space. The sun hit our balcony each evening which was a fabulous bonus. Food: We were all inclusive. The food is good standard for a 3 star hotel. I am not sure what people on here are expecting. I am vegetarian and found it absolutely fine, always finding something to eat. There is a law in the Balearic islands for the drinks. But you can have 3 wine and beer at dinner and lunch - staff are very easy going with this rule and nobody is checking what you take or what room you are from. Making the experience so much more pleasant. Staff: The staff in this hotel are incredible. Always a friendly face on the front desk and willing to go above and beyond to help. Everyone we met on reception was amazing. On our last day, our wristbands were not removed when we checked out which was incredible as we were not being collected until 7pm. Any issues raised with staff was dealt with immediately. The lifeguards are on duty all day. They are so helpful and vigilant- a huge plus. The staff are run like a military. No staff member is idle. The upkeep of the hotel is exceptional. Staff cleaning the pool constantly, maintaining the gardens, cutting hedges. Supervisors always present. At night there was a security guard which made it feel so safe in the hotel.
