A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that parties are not allowed. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note electricity is charged according to consumption, at a rate of EUR 0.30 per kwh. Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory. Guests need to get in touch with the property within a maximum of 3 days after the confirmation of the booking to confirm their age.
