Fantastic location for walking and hiking,lots to see and do in this small friendly fishing town. The hostel itself was charming with a lovely atmosphere,staff were friendly and helpful. Shame I couldn't stay longer

Lovely

100% 💛 this is a place for true travellers, the volunteers and owner are super sweet and helpful, the place is clean and charming. Highly recommended! Close to Tamadaba and the sea. If you have time go and check out the winery Bodega los Berrazales, they cultivate their own coffee, quite close to the hostel as well.

Lovely place and lovely people

A really friendly, clean, homely hostel with everything I needed.  Very reasonable price. Situuated in a very nice village 15 mins walk from the coast.  A great location.  Very eco conscious.  I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Excellent hostel

Agaete is a magic place in the North of Gran Canaria, and Manipa Hostel is the most beautiful place from where enjoy it. The hostel is just really well designed and cozzy, and you will find a very friendly staff that will help ypu with all the information you need to visit this amazing area of the island. If I am around Gran Canaria again, I will definitly be back in Manipa :)

An amazing place in the north of Gran Canaria

I stayed at Manipa hostel for 2 nights and I really enjoyed the place! The location is perfect, near the main square of lovely Agaete, the staff was extremely friendly, the room clean and cosy, all place nicely decorated. I also loved the fact how the ideology of the hostel is eco friendly and conscious.
 Overall I am very satisfied, the only reason I cant give 5 stars is that after you check out, you are unable to stay in the hostel unless you pay 10 Euro. I travelled the world and never experienced nothing like this. I had to wait for my friends to pick me up and the owner let me be there 1 hour for free, but than would have to pay for simply sitting there on a terrace which seemed totally ridiculous to me, so I just left and was waiting for my friends in the park. It didnt ruin my lovely stay and great experience at this place, but I would really reconsider it, its just unnecessary in my opinion and never experienced it nowhere in the whole world. 

AMAZING lovely cosy hostel and very friendly staff

I only spent two nights in Agaete but it were the best two nights i had in Gran Canaria. I really loved the vibe at the hostel, the interior and the people who work there. It's all basic but done with much love which is exactly all you need.

Great Hostel with awesome staff

Lovely hostel well managed and clean. Situated in the centre of the village close to the church, it’s a lovely setting. Everything felt relaxed and received a friendly welcome.
The ethos for me was first class and I will certainly visit again.

Great Ethos

The Manila Hostel is truly beautiful , very friendly and with very nice and helpful receptionists. It was also very clean all the time , with a good equipped kitchen and overall really nice decor. The terrace is really nice. Thank you!

Wonderful Hostel

The hostel was really cute ! Nice rooms  beatiful forniture and spaces. 
I had a bad experience in la cuevita room but i know that this hotel Is more! 
Prices Little bit higher than aspected.. stuff very kind and cozy

awesome hostel

This is a friendly hostel, mostly for young people, in the upper part of Agaete (a little way from the port). Fairly basic amenities, but all you could need for a short stay, and good value for a reasonable price
