Place is clean and neat and very comfortable. Wonderful hosts and situated in a good safe area.Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable and would definitely go there again and let more of my colleagues stay there.

Stunning place to stay

We were received in a friendly manner.  Lady was knowledgeable.
The flat was modern, clean and tidy.
We did not have WIFI.  I had a good nights sleep on the comfortable bed, did not wake up with a sore back :)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Stay at Kamma Heights

The rooms are not properly cleaned.  Things like zinc, cloth for washing dishes.  Your beds are also not comfortable.  The microwave was also not clean.  You must hire more than one cleaner and the Supervisor who will be able the check the cleanliness of the rooms

Hygiene

Place is filthy, no wifi as promised. Spent a whole weekend on self catering cottage, no broom no mop not even garbage bags. Linen was clearly not fresh. No water in the kitchen. Pool dirty lougers broken, nothing seems to work fine. No-one cleans up. Would rather sleep in a hostel that this place

Do no go there

Worst service ever. Had to wake the receptionist up (at 5 in the afternoon) to get our key. No coffee in room. Receptionist walked around barefoot or in her pino slippers. Wt checkout she didn’t even come out of her room. Terrible place. 

Terrible

1.	Shower head is broken.
2.	Glass shower door has been broken and replaced with a plastic curtain.
3.	Open Electrical box.
4.	Hole in the ceiling.
5.	No bulb in ceiling light.
6.	Soap dish almost falling of the wall.

Other problems were as follows.
1.	The booking was for three adults.  There was one double bed and a sleeper couch.
2.	There was no bedding for sleeper couch, had to ask for bedding.
3.	Only one bath towel for three people to use.
4.	Only one bed side lamp to light the entire room.
5.	The TV was not working.
6.	No sheltered seating outside, so we had to sit on the drive way in the rain.
