We found this place in a very quiet street near the local BI shops and beaches with comfortable rooms and safe parking under the trees. We had a full week and were made very welcome by our hosts and found them very helpful especially when an unfortunate illness overcame one of us. Lesley provided the best breakfasts we'd had for a long time, served in a comfortable communal dining room and the outdoor patio. We have become friends now, so we'll plan another visit from Cape Town.

We'd like to stay here again

We had a really great time in Plett-Bay. On our 4 weeks trip through South Africa we have seen a lot of B&Bs - good ones and more or less ok ones - but this one was really perfect. Thx a lot to Peter and Lindsey and their extraordinary hospitality. We can highly recommend their B&B!


Fine days in Plett-Bay

Great experience overall.
Both Lesley and Peter (Owners) are actively involved in greeting guests and making them feel comfortable while travelling.
They were always courteous and engaged in friendly conversation often.
They allowed us space to work (business trip) which was extremely valuable while keeping us comfortable and accommodating our requests.
The rooms are well equipped with everything needed for a great stay.
HUGE bed! HOT showers and friendly hosts.
Great value for money and we will defintely be back when in Plettenberg Bay

The hosts and the place deserve a clear 10/10 rating. Expect outstanding hospitality, spotlessly clean rooms and great breakfast in a quiet and sunny area.When you go to Plett, do not miss this oasis.

Best place in Plettenberg?

We had a fabulous few days in Plettenberg Bay at Acadia B&B with friendly hosts Peter and Lesley Lloyd . Greeted personally on arrival , and provided  with everything from recommendations for restaurants for dinner , to  places to visit , and even a great run route from the house . The most comfortable bedrooms all tastefully decorated , and superb breakfast - would highly recommend !

peter and leslie very absolutely friendly and helpful hosts. we stayed there for three nights and they gave us lots of suggestions for places, restaurants and parks. leslies breakfast was really good and we felt as if stayed at our own family’s house. we would go there again any time

The B&B is run by an Husband and Wife. No outside help and that makes Acadia so special. The service, cleanliness and Breakfast of an high Standard. The Room with a King size bed and bathroom to match. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommendable 

Acacia B&B Plettenberg Bay

The hosts greeted us both on arrival. They were most helpfull in pointing out the sites and restaurants in the neighboorhood. They made appointments for us in restaurants and the doctor. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would recommand this accommodation to anyone.
