I was in Ballito again last month and stayed in the Backpackers It was nice to soend the week here as it's always very clean and the staff are very helpful 
The great thing about this place is that I can walk around to all the lovely cafes, Spar and bars as well as the beach 
I see they did a lot of upgrading and it was a job well done  I like the air con and the tvs in the rooms  
Ballito is a lovely safe place and very close to the new international airport

Sunny by the sea

I was visiting Ballito and stayed at Ballitobackpackers,,Ihe hostel is very clean ,across the road from the beach and there is a spar with lots of cafés,pubs and lovely places to walk on the door step.I had a lovely room with air con ,tv ,mini kitchen and bathroom ..The big double bed was so comfortable,it was great
The staff are very helpful and friendly asking me when I arrived had I a car and that there was locked up parking if I wanted to use it, but there is no need as the area is very safe.Through out my stay the were alway asking if there was anything that they could do

A lovely place to stay

Greg and his team were friendly and helpfull, clean bathrooms and the nightquard Uagustine was a star in booking in. no issues coming back late after a party or from the close by beach, plenty space to braai and chill and the curry place opposite backpackers serves good food, spar close by for those extras, kitchen well equipped and always clean.

great stay

Our rugby team slept here for two nights and I can honestly say the staff were very helpful. Backpackers was clean. Close to the beach and bars. Everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend the backpackers to fellow travellers.

Decent Backpackers

We had two lovely nights here at the end of our visit to the Natal coast... lovely place with great views and very conveniently located... consider the smaller units for a longer holiday as you are right in the vibey hub of Ballito

What  a little gem on a budget.. upgrades are in the process

We booked a double room with shared bathroom - mattress had a large dent in the middle of the bed causing us to roll down into the middle. Pretty uncomfortable! 

Overall a very basic hostel - bathrooms were ok with separate male and female areas designated. 

Average 

Our church booked our members into this accommodation as they were willing to accommodate approximately 25 people.  We were allowed to dine together as a group, conduct church services etc.  There was daily cleaning services.  Thanks to Mayuri for checking on us and ensuring we were comfortable.  This budget venue is ideal for backpackers or church groups
