1 reviewI stayed at an apartment with my family. The apartment was elegant and spacious enough for four of us. The kitchen was clean and sufficiently equipped with utensils and it had a laundry machine. The bathroom was gorgeous!! As the apartment was located in an ordinary local building, we could feel comfortable and at home with local residents around, without meeting other hotel guests. The person who managed everything for us from the booking to the check-out was so nice and kind. He came to pick us up at the train station and took us back for free. He gave us his cell number so that we could contact him if necessary. He did say his office is somewhere near there, but we didn't know where it actually is. It would have been better if he had shown us where their office is located so that we could feel safer. Showing up in person at the reception is often more convenient than a phone call for a customer who doesn't share the native language with the hotel staff.
