hotel 165 near from city square,mustafa center, mrt farrer, little india and jalan besar. the rooms had a mini bathup and shower, but the ac is too cold and cant to be remote this.
but so good lah for budget traveler.

PERFECT COUNTRY HORRIBLE HOTEL

I would stay only 1 night. Firstly when i am doing to entrance process that girl say to me if u leave after 10 a.m, u will pay 1 day more and gave me card. just beginning she was so negative.

And than i lost door card. And she said u can not enter to your room if u can not pay 100 US Dollar. ha ? Why i will pay U.S Dollar? And why 100 this is only 1 card. she said i warn u but she didn't. Was so rude and rigid. And than different woman said to me just give 100 Singapore Dollar. 

I should have catch to plane that's why i didn't want call to police and i left to Singapur. Really Singapore Perfect and advanced country but when i remember that memory i always feel bad and regret.

AND ROOM FEATURES:

FAN in room inside and voice really high couldn't sleep. Wall paint broke and crack. Table conditions so low. I felt ceiling will fall down.

Really Just go to Different Hotel u will glad to me.

Very Bad Hotel in Singapur TRUST ME DON'T STAY IN THERE

I booked Hotel 165 because of its low price in one of the booking sites over the internet. All I could say is that it was worth it. It was budget-friendly. The room was just okay, but since it's a budget hotel, you'd get what you paid for. Anyway, my friend and I went there so that we would have a place to stay in. 
Plus factor was that the location of the hotel was just right in front of City Square Mall. This mall opens at 10am-10pm. Right next to it is the Farrer mrt station. It's less than five-minute walk. My friend and I went to different attractions the whole day. The room was just OK. Not that impressive. It does not smell so good, but it's okay if you'd just want to have a rest after an exhausting walk in Singapore.

worth it

We fortunately were staying at tai hoe hotel but due to check in at 3 pm, (we arrived at 8 in the morning, and the tai hoe hotel was full-) we have to stay at 165. I negotiated 80$ for 5 people for 2 hours and 10$ for every additional hour. We checked in and after 2 hours felt that we should stay longer. there was a new lady at the counter and when I went to the counter to inform of our decision, the lady flatly refused saying that my negotation was with her colleague and that she cant honour the same terms and that I will have to shell out 30$ for each hour!!!. I was apalled by her unreasonable behaviour. She had the audacity to report me to police , I called her bluff so promtly cooled down. pretty shameless to say the least.

a second class hotel with third rate service values

It is a medium hotel. Rooms are good,clean,a shortage of drinking water.We stayed here for 6 days. Location is good. Mustafa Center is just behind this hotel City square mall is just infront. Nearby metro Ferrer park.There is few restruents nearby where you can find indian,chinese foods with small budget.

Average but good location

I choosed this hotel for two reasons : it's best location and have quadruple rooms with reasonable price.

This hotel located right in front of City Square mall, Farrer Park MRT station, just a few steps away from Mustafa shopping center and there's lot of food outside the hotel.

The room is enough for 4 people, with 2 queen bed for quadruple room. They clean the room, change the bed sheet, refill the mineral water and toileteries everyday. They have central AC, can't adjusted the temperature.

No coffee or tea available in the room, but an electric kettle and cups are there.
Free Wifi in the room with up and down connection. Don't expect the good channel for the tv. It is recommended to bring a 3 pin power jack to charge the HP.

Bathrooms are small with small bathtub but has no rubber stopper, have hot and cold water.  No bidet shower. 

If you booked the room with breakfast. It was given a coupon that can exchanged at the coffee shop next to the hotel start at 8.00 am.

Small Budget Hotel with good location

I chose Hotel 165 because it is near MRT Farrer Park exit H and it has lift because I traveled with a child and bring stroller. The room is enough for 2 adult and 1 child. Even-though had no window, it had big mirror to make the room looked spacious. It had bathtub so my child could take a bath and play at the same time.
The halal food is just right beside the hotel at cost around S$ 5. And if you want to go to Mustafa Center, you just need to walk 2 minutes. 

Near MRT and bus station, near playground, near halal food, and worth the price

The website said the rooms were newly refurbished. Nothing could be further than the truth. The air conditioner roared and could not be adjusted. The internet was unreliable. I can cope with small rooms but not with what was offered here. The cleaning staff were friendly though. 

Disappointing 

01 - The washroom is very bad and dirty unclean very uncomfortable.
02 - Tv is broken and not clear. 
03 - Bed is like a stone not comfortable.
04 - Location is good.
05 - Door lock is broken you can't look from the behind only the chain look.
06 - AC, you cant call that as an AC it's not controllable, no remote. 
07 - Bedsheets has dry blood drops. 
08 - Staff is ok.

Disappointed,dirty unclean room and washroom.

This hotel located right in front of City Square mall, Farrer Park station and just a few steps away from Mustafa shopping center. The room is enough for 2 people, quiet spacious bed and bathroom. There are some stains but it’s okay for us. I read many complains about their rude staff but I found nothing. They assist us just like any other staff at budget hotel.
