أتقدم بجزيل الشكر وعظيم الامتنان لفندق هيلتون المؤتمرات على كل ما قدموه من خدمات راقية وحسن ضيافة خلال فترة إقامتي لقد كانت تجربة إقامة استثنائية بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى. كان الجناح بإطلالة كامل على الحرم وساحاته مما أضفى على الإقامة شعوراً بالسكينة والراحة. أما بوفيه الإفطار فكان متنوعاً وشهياً، ويفتح النفس بكل أصنافه اللذيذة واشكر العاملين خلف الكواليس الشيف إبراهيم والشيف رشاد وكمال واحم شعبان على اهتمامهم بالضيوف سواء المطعم او الاونج. أود أن أشكر فريق الخدمة والإدارة على حرصهم على راحة النزلاء، فقد كانوا دائماً على أتم استعداد لتقديم المساعدة بكل رحابة صدر ولا أملك إلا الدعاء لهم على كرمهم وحسن تعاملهم. وأود أن أخص بالشكر السيد الفاضل مدير عام الفندق باسم ومساعدة السيد صافي. كذلك أوجه شكري لجميع موظفي الاستقبال وخص ألمها وكذالك رهام زاهد ، ولا يسعني إلا أن أقول: شكراً من القلب لكل فرد منكم. دمتم بخير I extend my sincere thanks and deep gratitude to the Hilton Conference Hotel for the excellent services and hospitality they provided during my stay. It was an exceptional experience in every sense of the word. The suite had a full view of the Holy Mosque and its courtyards, which added a sense of tranquility and comfort. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and all its delicious dishes were mouth-watering. I thank the staff behind the scenes—Chef Ibrahim, Chef Rashad, Kamal, and Ahmed Shaaban—for their attentive service, whether in the restaurant or the lounge. I would like to thank the service and management team for their commitment to the comfort of our guests. They were always ready to provide assistance with all their heartfelt gratitude, and I can only pray for their generosity and kindness. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the hotel's esteemed General Manager, Bassem, and to Mr. Safi for his assistance.
