The hotel has three free parking spaces. The first one is under a video surveillance camera for eight cars on the territory of the hotel. The second one is for eight cars next to the hotel, along the roadway Of Truda Avenue (under a video surveillance camera). The third one is located in the courtyard of the hotel behind an automatic gate for 2 cars or at least 10 motorcycles, which can be reserved in advance. There is a garage for one car.

There is a microwave oven on each floor, and a cooler with drinking water is located next to the reception.

Pets are not allowed.

Rooms are equipped with LED TVs, refrigerators and kettles. The beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses, with an independent spring block, coconut fringe and latex filling.
