We have stayed 2 nights at this hotel with our friends. I should say this is a remarkable family hotel located not far from the centre of the city but in a very quite place. The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff is helpful and friendly. Included breakfasts are very nice. The only drawback is the absence of elevators, so be careful about ordering rooms in the 3d floor if you do not wish to climb a steepy stairs everyday. Furthermore, I m not sure if there are any English-speaking receptionists (although the hotel card in rooms is in English). If you visit Tula, Kremlin with its Weapon Museum and Samovar (Russian tea-urns) is a must. Exotarium with its rare collection of huge snakes and lizzards is worth visiting, it is located not far from the Hotel, at Oktyabrskaya street. If you have enough time, Yasnaya Polyana may be a nice place to visist (12 km from Tula), it is a family estate of Lev Tolstoi. Among the restaurants we enjoyed "Respect" most of all, it is located at the beginning of Metallistov street, near the Kremlin
