There are five sleeping places available for guests: a double bed, a fold-out double sofa and a guest single fold-out bed.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: LCD TV with Smart TV, high-speed Internet WI-FI, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, clothes dryer, household chemicals and equipped kitchen.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It is possible to check-in independently at any time of the day; the guest is sent detailed instructions.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee.
Before moving in, an offer agreement is concluded; a photo or scan of your passport in electronic format is required.

For violation of the rules of residence, fines and/or deductions from the deposit are provided:
- Transfer of rental rights to third parties is prohibited
- It is prohibited to violate the rules and regulations for the use of residential premises, the maintenance of a residential building and local area, or to violate sanitary standards and fire safety rules
- It is prohibited to use the premises for any events, parties, holidays, birthdays
- It is prohibited to violate the legal norms of silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM local time

- It is prohibited to live with pets or pets without approval
- Smoking is prohibited in residential premises
