Early check-in and late check-out are available by agreement via Whatsapp.
The password for door and the room number will be sent the day before arrival by request on WhatsApp to the phone number specified in the booking. The room key is in the room.
If a late check-out (paid) has not been previously agreed, then the password from the 7TH floor Kirochnaya is issued to guests for the paid period, and at 12:15 PM on the day of departure it is automatically canceled. Upon check-out, the room key must be left inside.

      The location was okay.

      What was bad

      There was no cleanliness, rooms were dirty, host was hardly helpful. Rooms had no window and were suffocating. Lift wasn’t working.

      First of all, the elevator seems to have been broken for a long time, and I didn't mention it in advance. It's a high floor, and climbing 4 floors every day is very tiring.
