Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleanings, is made by depositing funds along with a security deposit on the day of arrival.
Upon arrival for 1 or 2 night, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the guests the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.
The possibility of living with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In the event of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided.
The residential premises are not rented for noisy events and parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
A potty is freely available for children. A cot with bed linen and a bath towel is available upon request for an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per stay. |
