Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in is available on the territory. The registration is carried out by the check-in manager.
Guests are required to contact the accommodation no later than one day before arrival and receive check-in instructions, which include:
the exact address with a link to the map;
the code from the intercom to enter the front door;
electronic key for Internet access and video how to use a smart lock;
booking room number;
rules of accommodation, terms of repayment of the deposit.

I highly not recommend this terrible place. I needed to find the place for so long time, they didn't even tried to help me, I was waiting outside for more then an hour. I felt very uncomfortable there
