The hotel is a sports and fitness complex, on the territory of which there are 4 hotel complexes, apartments, two villas and a house on a pond.

The hotel has an equipped beach within walking distance, a heated swimming pool, restaurants, cafes and bars, a shopping gallery, sports grounds, shady alleys with benches, photo zones, and a bath complex.

A buffet breakfast is served daily at the hotel. A gym is also available to guests.

There are two conference rooms with separate meeting rooms. Conference room with a capacity of up to 100 people and an area of 159 sq. m. has the following equipment: Wi-Fi, climate control system, catering for participants (coffee break, buffet, banquet, business lunch), separate wardrobe, separate entrance, parking, guarded area, accommodation of participants in the hotel and various seating options for guests. The opportunity to provide information and advertising support for the event is provided, as well as the services of specialists who can accompany the event and supervise any technical issues that arise. The halls offered can be rented for both one-time and regular events.
