Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation of its rooms, and noisy work may occur during the day.
The renovation of the SPA complex will begin on July 1, 2025, with completion of the work tentatively scheduled for October 15, 2025. During the renovation period, noisy work may be carried out during the daytime.
Any other identification documents other than a passport are not an official document upon check-in at the hotel.
If the name of the guests does not match at the time of booking, including the card details for payment, with the name of the visiting guests, the accommodation will not be provided to the arrivals.
