A three-room apartment with a modern design, 94 sq. m. in area, is located on the 5th floor. Accommodation is suitable for a family vacation or a group of friends for up to 6 people. The apartments have a shared veranda — an additional place for relaxation and entertainment, with a barbecue area and sun loungers. The veranda overlooks the sea and cityscapes. Panoramic windows overlook the sea and the city.

The modern air conditioning system includes a ceiling system and individual air conditioners in the bedrooms, providing cooling in each room on hot days as needed. There are two fully equipped bedrooms - each of them has a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. The living room has a fold-out azure sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, there are two bathrooms, a storage cabinet. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee machine and TVs, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a kettle, an electric stove, as well as a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer.
