Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Foreign citizens are charged an additional fee for the courier fee at registration - 850.00 RUB. If the guest makes an extension of the reservation, the fee is charged again, as registration is made for new dates.
Refundable deposit for key: RUB 100.00
According to the hotel's rules, if the reservation is extended for less than 3 days, the guest must pay a commission of RUB 50.00 (for the entire period). The extension must be made before the time of official departure (before 12:00), otherwise an additional fine is charged. It's located in a good place but it's very dirty the moment you enter you smell some rat has died inside filth and dirt, cockroaches all over the place.all the beds are old and dirty has all the possible Human dirt in bed sheets ,blankets, pillow and covers ,it's more like a home less shelter .
