3. Leaving dirty dishes, dirt, garbage in the apartment, on the stair landings, or in other common areas of the building.
4. Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookahs, tobacco, and other smoking blends.
5. Using additional sets of bed linen and towels without prior agreement.
6. Moving large furniture.
7. Causing material damage to the apartment and the property of the building.
8. Loss of the apartment keys.

Because of water situation in our previous booking we decided to leave and booked this apartment on next building for 2 nights. Apartment is neat and clean, and we checked-in. next day we noticed a small crack on one of the chair, we ignored it assuming its already late to inform and hopefully owner knows about it.
