Hotel Alunis

I had a reservation at Hotel Alunis and I can tell you that everything was excellent.
The rooms are large, pleasantly furnished, well heated, the cleanliness is exemplary, the SPA is enchanting, at the hotel restaurant the food is very good and the service is very prompt and extremely civilized.

rooms were clean and very pleasant smell. Very crowded with the services offered by staff. You'd still be working on cleaning the bathroom. nothing to comment, just words of praise. Timisoara is a very beautiful city, full of fabulous history.

We are back here because we booked 2 night at  Bradet but after we stayed there 1 night, we have been so disappointed that we refused to spend another night there, so we come to Alunis where is far better stay, decent rooms, good restaurant, live music every night. 

Nice hotel with a good position over the city. Cozy room with comfortable bed. Each room has a little balcony with chairs and small table. The hotel has free parking for the clients. Food below average.

Nice, clean

The rooms on the upper floors are upgraded with white furniture, with card access, with all three-star accommodation, although the hotel is classified as two. The restaurant is elegant and clean, non-smoking, with a friendly staff music, which creates a pleasant ambience.
But for food I am a disaster!
The spa features a swimming pool, salt and thermal baths, jacuzzi, massage, solarium and fitness. In the ticket price you can have free access to the pool and thermal baths, but the other services you pay for.

Hotel Aluniş-Sovata, three in one

Stayed here for an entire week. What I liked:
- nice and clean room
- great view from the balcony( not an usual one, you might need some courage if you are afraid of heights)
- the restaurant has a good variety of foods and some of the waiters are really nice
- the spa was ok, the water from big pool was clean and had around 30 degrees. 

What I didn’t like:
- lots of old people who forget to get out form the salt water pool, staying at least one hour(when the recommendation was 15-20 min). Sometimes I could smell urine... yeah, if you stay so long you have to release yourself in a way :)
- if you are not in the summer, the temperature from hallways and restaurant is low

Good place but still a lot to improve 

Some of the waiters were very nice, the others rude. The manager of the restaurant was very rude to our children, the hotel is everything, but child friendly. If you are tavelling with children do not choose this hotel. The spaghete bolognese is from canned tomato and carrots. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but that is all!

Not child friendly

The cutlery and the plates were not clean. There were visible grease stains everywhere. 

1-2 days after we left, about 50 people came down with a gastro-intestinal infection. A few actually went to the hospital. 

Dont go there is you value your health.

I went there for a conference with about 150 people. We ate at the hotel restaurant.
