Great place to stay in the heart of Sibiu
We loved the place. The owner was very nice. The place is 2 min walking from the Big Square and a lot of restaurants.
The place has its own historic vibe, was very clean and we loved that we found all the amenities.
When we revisit Sibiu we’ll stay here.

Location is in The heart of Sibiu. Very easy to Find. The conditions are correct for The money You pay for rent. It was clean everywhere. At The begining We have problems with heating, But it was solved with a phonecall.
It is quiet during the Night. 

Nice, central and quiet place

This propriety has a very good location, directly in the historical center of Sibiu. But...
The parking place that the tourists are informed they will find, that exist, in fact, it's not true, becouse it is difficult to find one, and you have to pay for it. 
The building is very old, and it's normal for that area, but is not normal to look so...poor, so..bad, really sad, I can say. Like you don't want to be there, and in the night it's worse, it# very dark, you don' t see to walk in safe mode.
The room had a smell..old&bad air, dust,and it was not very clean.
No carpet on the floor, even in the bed area.
The towells and the sheets were colored, a beige,and with modells, and they look bad, unclean, even if I think they were..This were cleaned there, and hope, ironed,but in not so hygienical conditions.
The door from the bathroom, squeaks badly, a horible noise, witch was very unpleasent in the midle of the night..
There wasn' enough light, the lamp next bed, were not enough, one didn' had bulb, and the other, a very dark one, I could't reed there.
Also in the kitchen, the big lamp, was inefficient.
The TV has just a few programs, and a very bad image. The remote control didn' work, no batteries..
The pictures of the propriety are very good, but, not true. Everything looks..used,and not clean.

We had a last minute reservation and everything was so easy to do.
Christian was very friendly and directed us with every necessary detail by phone.
The building is a Historical monument at a perfect center location and the appartments had an old traditional look, but they were very warm, very clean and have everything you may need (extra blankets, kitchen, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and shower jel etc).
We sure recoment it!
Very close there was a great tavern with excellent topical dishes and a nice bar.

Initially booked and paid for 2 nights - stayed here only one.
Why? Because the room was gloomy, bleak, stale and smelled like hmmm...how to put it...like a cemetery (probably is was from the indoor air freshener). 
I honestly have no idea how this place initially received this many good reviews and good grades - probably the reviews are from friends or I was blind (NOT!). Anyway congrats to the host for the presented photos - you really have talent to present and sale a fake product and even to add, with the help of some Photoshop, a few sun rays inside the room. 
Close to this apartment, on the same floor, is a non-stop coffee shop. So, you can imagine the noise all day, all night. 

Anyway - the grade was not Terrible because this place has its pluses:
- good location - right in the city center - 2 minutes walk to the Christmas Market from Piata Mare. Also, you have a Carrefour Market right in front of the "hotel" for any grocery shopping.
- pets are accepted on request (those of you who have read some of my reviews know that this aspect is very important to me)
- the host was nice to us and responded to our requests (for example we told him that inside the room was cold and he resolved this issue).
- wifi working good
- clean

Acceptable for one night only

If you are in Sibiu for leisure and are interested in visiting, this place is perfect, as it's exactly in the centre, close to all major landmarks. The room is spacious, has everything you need and looks very modern. It is located in an old house's courthouse that looks very charming, specific to the city of Sibiu.
The price is very good for the quality of the apartament and for the location, so it's definetly worth the stay!

Right in the heart of Sibiu

We went for one night and had an apartment with one bedroom. The place is renovated and very clean. Also the windows are on the inner yard and it's very quiet.
You also have kitchen with microwaves, stove, oven, fridge and washing machine.
