Avoid at all cost. There is so many wrong things about this place, here are exemples:- Mold in the shower- Ants in the bathroom- Dirt on the fan panels (it was brown)- Sticky floorsAbout the host:- Difficult to reach- Will hang up the phone when you try to call him- Rude- UnorganizedHe double booked us and placed us in his second location, which is even more unsanitary and unsafe. We had to book at another hotel for those nights, because it was just inhumane. We could hear scratching in the walls… Oh and no refund was offered to us even thought the reality did not fit the expectations of the booking (no parking, no working oven, and no washing machine available!

This was the worst ever stay in my life! The owner was very disrespectful, and had a big attitude. He cancelled my reservation on the night of my arrival from North America saying that there were bed bugs in the room. My check-in was supposed to be at 2pm, but when we arrived, I found out that he cancelled my room and I was offered a smaller room with no window, and instead of 4 beds, he only gave us 3 single beds and a mattress on the floor (for 4 of us). We felt as if we were living in a prison! When we asked for a partial refund, he told us that he could sell this room for three times as much as I payed for it. I did not end up getting any money back! I was told that the website was wrong and the check-in was actually at 3pm. We booked this room over 6 months ago, and as soon as we booked it, there was no option to cancel my reservation. Also, I sent him an email 2 months before my stay, and he never answered me. Stay away from this place as much as you can. If would have to rate this place, I would give a 0/100. This is not a guest house, this is a ghost/scare house on so many levels.

Check in stops at 11, which is crazy for a hotel. So we had to sleep at the airport because our flight was delayed an hour

you have your own room, everything else is upsetting.,no tv , no stove, no washer , no dryer, shared bathrooms,this is a hostel not listed on the website!only a bed you can sleep  and get out ! at least has water and electricity1

False advertisement , This is a hostel , not a hotel , promise washer, dryer and stove ! None of above working !Refrigerator is working , 2 shared, bathrooms ! No television ! Only internet ! Friendly service with no money back !  Stay was ok overall!

Best place ever I stayed. Rakib is very friendly. Highly recommended. Next time in Lisbon I’ll be there for sure. Thanks Rakib for your hospitality.
