If you’re looking to stay somewhere that’s just about as plain as bread and butter...this is your place!
No atmosphere (doors were knocked on if you made noise past 10pm).
Smells a little.
However very good location to all local tourist attractions and in very close proximity to restaurants and bars.
Didn’t charge us for the towel (nice).
Clean and tidy (both the room and communal bathroom.)
Probably wouldn’t return as was looking for a lot more atmosphere as a group of friends.

It was just small weekend trip. I and my girlfriend stayed in Retro Hostel.
Hostel was clean. Near the center. There are so much pubs and minimarkets around hostel. 
The staff is welcoming. He knows English.
I reccomend stay in this hostel.

We stayed here for 3 nights, upon arrival we got a little tour of the hostel and they showed us our room,
You can request a lower or upper bunk while you're booking this place if you prefer one or the other.
Rooms are clean and beds are surprisingly comfortable, with a light and power outlet at (almost) every bed,
There's also a locker avaiable which is very spacious.
Showers and toilets are clean and comfortabe, no problems here.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a fridge, sitting area is also very cozy.
The hostel is located a 1(!) minute walk from the old city square which is of course really convenient.
There's also a little shop nearby for your basic needs in food, drinks and more, there's a large Aldi supermarket a 10 minute walk away.
I would really recommend staying at this place!

Great and cheap place to stay at in basically the centre of Poznan!

Positives:
- Very clean
- Really well located, in the centre of town
- Good car park, although it is not right next to the hostel, you have to walk a few minutes
- Helpful staff

Negatives:
- Our room was very hot, but maybe if we had asked at reception we would have been given a fan
- It is on a busy, loud street so bring your ear plugs!

Very good hostel.

We had problem with our stay in other place and very early morning we called to this hostel.we have been visited this place first time last year.we've got the room straight via phone and even very early morning (7.30am),We can do check in and went to the room.nice and clean.rhey provided common room with kitchen appliances. Free coffie tea .fridge .cooker .tv.computers with Wi-Fi. The room we've got had the shared toilet and showers but there was not waiting time to use as there are a lot of them enough for everyone.staff very nice and helpful.also u don't need to take a towel with u as u can get clean one for very little price at the reception.cost 3zloty(70pences)for all your stay.
We used this hostel second time and again we've left this place very happy.
Highly recommended.
