I recently came back from business trip in Italy where I stayed in 4 star hotel and despite lack of restaurant and swimming pool I would rather give Pensjonat Krzysin 2 extra stars. This is because of general tidiness, friendly staff, modern and looked after rooms, free of charge 2 bottles of water, electrical sockets with USB chargers on each side of bed, plenty of storage space and large comfy bed. The only thing that could have been better that I noticed during 1 day stay would be better wall insulation but this was to some extend compensated by nice surroundings.
