We spent a week of vacation in this hotel. The location is top, staff very nice, breakfast delicious and extensive. But the room (albeit called Premium Lux) could be bigger and the spa area is rather disappointing, unfortunately. The pool was cold, the sauna very small, the hot tub also only for two people. With this size of the hotel definitely too small. Shame. Otherwise we liked it very well in Karpacz!

Top location, nice staff, good rooms, spa area, well...

- no towels were changed - beds had only simple sheets and no protection for the mattress - everything was evacuated - in the bathroom there were still hairs from the last guests - it wasn't even sucked in 5 days - bedding was dirty.

We had a very nice large room with a great view. The furniture fits the house and the room was clean. The hotel has a small (sufficient) sauna and a small pool. The breakfast was varied and very good.

Nice hotel - ideal starting point for hikes - great breakfast

This is the second time we've been here in the Pearl. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, this time we were on the fourth floor. Without an elevator, it's a long and arduous road. The breakfast is good for Polish conditions. The pool and sauna are great, and I like it. Only the gym doesn't work here. The cleaning comes from the ceiling and is on the equipment. Otherwise, I'd recommend it to everyone.

I was here six years ago and I came back because it's a beautiful nature and also nice restaurants. The hotel: it's a more familiar hotel with little luxury on the hardware but the software does its job very well. With little staff, the vacation is even more fun. In the rooms you can see that they've been used and a lot of things are already worn out. The good thing about the hotel is that the spa rooms and the WIFI work very well in the hotel rooms and outside. Many parking lots on the hotel grounds that are closed at night. The staff is comfortable and quiet to pick up. And the owner/owner is a lot.

Residence

We were in Karpacz, Perla Karkonoszy, from 18 to 23 January 2013. The hotel is highly recommended. A good price ratio, beautiful, spacious, well equipped and clean rooms and free parking right in front of the hotel, WiFi free and working on the rooms. Even the first impression of the hotel is very good, although we were not very friendly when we arrived at the reception. But this was only an exception and all the other hotel staff have put a lot of effort into fulfilling our wishes. The breakfast offers everything you need and leaves no wishes open only looking for the most varied drinks below. The center is excellent and offers excellent facilities for skiing or even for swimming, and we can also recommend the hotel. We also have a great opportunity to come back to the Sauna Spa and the Sempla swimming pool area.

It's a highly recommended hotel.

It's a very nice place with nice rooms and facilities but the owner is the worst part of the deal. Really unfriendly once they got their money for staying you can forget about asking for anything to make your stay more pleasant. We'd been there with a small baby and toy room was something we expected to use though it was untidy with broken toys . My advice is to avoid this place.
