Every Saturday my family and I get a breakfast sandwich, huge and tasty and a great way to start our day for Farmer's Market. It has become a tradition that we will continue to do for truly happy bellies!!

Delicious Breakfast

Good hostel in nice location very close to centre of Gdansk and all hustle and bustle of the restaurant and pubs on the river. Room nice and clean , staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast basic but tasty 😋 

Good place to stay for a long weekend 

The biggest facilities was possibility order a transfer from airport straight to the hostel. Somebody from staff was waiting for me on the airport, so you don't have to worry about nothing.Great location- short distance to the center! Friendly and smiling staff ready to help their customers. Breakfast was also great. Definitely I can recommend this hotel!

I can recommend this hostel!

Me and my girlfriend booked this little and very sweet hotel for our first couple trip. First of all the hotel is very well located and lies around 10 walking minutes away from the central station. There is also a good bar on the opposite side of the street. In 1 minute you are on the promenade which guides you directly to the city center. 
Secondly the room was acceptable in terms of size and features. The bed was very comfy and the room was tidy as well. 
The staff was open for questions and helped us. 
Breakfast was sufficient and good.
We enjoyed our stay and loved it ! :)

For a weekend trip appropriate

Pros:
Location - Right on the river bank. 5 minutes walk to old town and 10 minutes walk to train station. 
Staff - Helpful and informative. 
Breakfast- Free! A selection of juice, hams, cheese, and including eggs and yogurt. Start a bit late at 8:30 but the girl was so kind to help preparing as I had to checking out early. I was so touched! 
Room - Huge and comfortable bed. Off the main road, quiet at night. 
Others - fresh towels, clean communal kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Cons: Kettle and TV in room would be nice.

Excellent service, Value for money

First of all we got a completely different room from the one we actually ordered, it wasn’t even on the pictures when we booked. Our room was in another building on the other side of the street. When seeing the building, that was completely falling apart we got a little scared, also the front yard was not very appealing, full of trash, old gas bottles and a complete mess. The room was quite fine, however very cold even when turning on the heating on maximum.  The floor was freezing. Bed linen wasn’t very fresh and we were wondering whether it had actually been changed. The bathroom was ok, except from the shower facilities that were gross and we actually hesitated to shower at all. The location is good, close to the old town and waterside, which of course is a big plus when wanting to use the room only for sleeping. 
However there was a lot of noise from the hostel bar downstairs. I can see that in general the hostel has quite good ratings, those should definitely be from people who had rooms in the main buildings, however many comments about the pictures looking much better than irl. It was ok for a two day stay, but I wouldn’t come back.

Mixed feelings

Location is really good. Breakfast served once fir all stay - food in fridge: cheese, slices of meat, tomatoes, milk, cereals, juice, etc.  Negative: awful (!) smell in apartments, needed to leave open windows all the time. Water heating system works poorly, coming or cold, or too hot water. For the next time would look  for someting else. Anyway, excited about Gdansk!
