Reception area was clean and staff are friendly. It was easy to check-in. Hotel is close to Lawson and 7-11 to grab drink or snacks. 10 min walk to megamall, podium and shangri-la plaza. Hotel also provided shuttle service to the mall which is nice. Fred, our housekeeper is awesome and provided excellent customer service. The rooms are very clean when we come back to the room. Really appreciate the support he gave if we needed towels or other amenities. Thank you for a great place to stay while visiting.
