Don't go there! Even 1 star it's too much for this place.
We booked a triple room and payed on booking before. It cost us 30$ for a night.
We got to the place and in the reception there were 2 security guys that didn't know anything about our reservation. They told us to call booking to ask what room we supposed to get and that they can't help us. After long trying one of them show us 5 rooms that's looked the same - double bed while we booked a room for 3 people. Of course that all the rooms were full of cockroaches even on the beds.
We actually decided to go and wait for 8 hours at the airport in the middle of the night than to stay one more minute at this place and we didn't get our money back!
Even the guards said that the place is poorly managed and that the owner do not care enough to hire a reception clark. 
This place should not be on booking or any website.

NIGHTMARE in manila!

Booked through Agoda we arrived at midday told by security that room not ready til 2pm waiting for housekeeping. Place is not called jjerritel taxi driver could ot find it. States it's near mall of Asia that's a joke could not get taxi to escape this hell hole.rang owner who said cleaner on way by 3pm still waiting rang another 3 times but owner would not talk to me. At 4pm decided enough was enough and persuaded security to show me room.what a complete disgusting flea pit. At. Time of booking I could not read reviews but having been to Manila a couple of times knew the area however pictures are outdated and advert misleading. This owner should be removed from Agoda and I expect a refund of my full amount as I didn't even bother to stay as it was an insult to myself and my wife. See enclosed picture of room. Agoda take action and do the right thing by me and others and remove this fraudulent advert and refund my money.
