I stayed here for my sister's wedding last May 21-24, 2015. When I got to the place, it was pretty decent. We were ushered by a staff to our rooms. The rooms were nice if you will stay there just to sleep and not really to hang out with friends or something. We didn't really stay in the hotel much. May 21 I helped my sister with her final wedding preparations. May 22 was the wedding day. Left the hotel at 8am got back at 1am. Yes, it was a long celebration. May 23 I went island hopping and had dinner with my sister's family. Left the hotel at 7am and got back at 5pm. Took a shower, water supply was cut while I was taking a shower so we had to go to the management and tell them about it. Left the hotel again at 630pm and went back at 12 midnight to sleep. May 24, I left Palawan and went back to Manila. So far, these are the only observations that I have. 

Pros:

1. Nice and clean sheets.
2. Very Filipino ambiance.
3. There is a pool.
4. There is a mini fridge.
5. There is a spacious cabinet to put our clothes in.
6. Electrical outlets are everywhere. You can charge your gadgets.
7. Cable TV provided.
8. AC is working properly.
9. Safe environment. 

Cons:

1. The water supply gets cut off at certain times of the day.
2. No phone in the rooms. You can't call the management about the water supply. So, if you are taking a bath and the water gets cut off, you have to either wait for it to be back or put a towel on and talk to the management.
3. The food included in their free breakfast is not good. 
4. There is no 24-hour convenience store nearby. So girls, if you suddenly get your period, good luck.
5. They do not have a mini-store which sells basic necessities.
6. I am not sure if there is Wi-Fi. I use my mobile data all the time so I didn't get to check. Sorry.

Nice place to stay

I was in this pension House many time's,what i like more is The Central position Just few steps From baywalk And The old market.Could be a better pension if They add The wi-fi connection.otherwise is a nice quite And  budget Place if You don't expect too much!

We ended at this Inn by default. A family owned and operated Inn. Very helpful and friendly service. The rooms needed a major overhaul but the matteress was clean and the door locked. We were determined to enjoy ourselves regardless of the romantic weekend planned. The 2 single beds pushed together for the queen had one matteress higher than the other which made it uncomfortable. The sheets appeared to be old satinee curtains revamped with one side rough and the top side shiny. We spent half the night chasing our pillows. The towels were threadbear. The first night we had no hot water due to the unit not being  turned on. While coffee cups and sachets were supplied in the rooms you had to take a termos flask to the kitchen for your hot water. Not some thing one does first thing in the morning. A kettle would have been helpful. All the power points and wires hung out of the walls.  While we only had breakfast there, the omlettes were tasty and the chef, Farrah (Inn owners daughter ,was wonderful and helpful) While the Inn was out of town it was easy to catch a ride to town about 30 pesos. Overall it reminded me of a long forgotten pub somewhere in the outback of Australia 30 years ago.  It was clean, friendly and safe but very tired, old and in need of TLC and a few basics like a  kettle, towels, and  nice sheets.
