A simple, clean hotel with accommodating staff. Let us check-in our room at 6:00 am. No hassles. They also accept credit cards.  It has an elevator.  The room was equipped with a wall mounted LCD TV with a lot of international channels. Deposit of P300.00 for the remote controls which will be returned upon check out. Clean bathroom with hot and cold shower. Overall, we had a very good night's rest as we were out the whole day after checking in.  Oh, there is a hot and cold water dispenser on every floor that comes in very handy. Highly recommended.

No Frills Clean Hotel

We just saw this hotel while trying to locate another one and we decided to give it a try.

Location: It is located in at the city proper. It was a good place for us because it was near the hospital where we're supposed to go. Its not difficult to find since it it just beside a big hotel, which apparently, is owned by the company.

Price: We got a twin room for only 785. It was just within our budget. No complimentary breakfast though but that's ok. Just add 150 if you want to eat breakfast.

Room: The room is big enough for the 3 of us. It is clean and air-conditioned.It has a hot shower, a room phone and they provide 1 roll of tissue and 2 small soaps. The blankets are thin though but we got our comforter so it was not a problem for us.

Staff: They have accommodating staff and we didnt have any problems with them.

We will be staying here again once we come back form our Visayas trip. Well recommended.

Central Location Budget Hotel

The boutique hotel is in the perfect location for me.  i have stayed here often over the last two years.  I am in my sixties and can walk to central Divisoria, Centrio Mall, Gaisano, Cogon market and even Limketkai unless it is raining or too hot.  Within walking distance are all the chain restaurants, high end restaurants and smaller local restaurants.  On the corner is a 24 hour mini supermarket which is useful for cold drinks and snacks.  The rooms are basic and at the rear of the hotel WIFI and cell phone signals are too weak but unless you are a text addict this is not a problem.  It has become my home when in CdeO.

central clean and cheap

a lodge thats wallet/pocket friendly but seriously clean....very accessible to a supermarket and just a few blocks away are restaurant...no need to take a taxicab to reach a church or cinema or drug store coz its all a stone throw  away from this lodge

pleasant & homey

I checked two days before Christmas after a very tiring roadtrip. The first thing I noticed was that there were no Christmas decors, not even a token lantern or a string of Christmas lights. I asked the friendly front-desk officer and she said, "None at all. We don't decorate. That is the main reason why we can afford to lower our prices."

For a hotel, it is indeed a bargain. I was in Room 1004 -- ground floor corner. P590.00 only. It has all the things I need: a comfortable bed, wifi, functional cable table, a dresser, a drawer, and clean bathroom. The room was so small you can reach everything within two steps. But the aircon was functioning, and the staff were kind.

If you need to rest, this is the place. Nothing more. Nothing less.
