Literally walking, or jogging distance to your Hundred Islands Tour company, and souvenirs/ food places. Not as busy, when you do a tricycle ride to the Bayan :) Ate Sharon, staff, has been patientlywaiting for us to check-in, and we arrived late! Thank you.

Our stay with V. Hauschild was unforgettable. Ms. Veronica, the owner, see to it that we as her guests were safe and being well-attended. The place was so clean and very spacious. Attendants were also helpful and friendly. We will surely book again once we visit Hundred Islands. Two thumbs up for this!

Excellent and clean transient house

I would definitely recommend Veronica Hauschild transient for family and barkada (groups). We got a room with 2 beds and 2 extra matress as we initialy booked for 5 pax but we ended up as 4pax. We booked 3 days 2 nights for P4,000. It was a great deal! Room is clean, towels provided and the bathroom is clean too. We enjoyed our stay here. Ms. Veronica and all of her staffs were so kind and accommodating. You can cook here, the place is near the town proper and the pier for island hopping (Hundred Islands) is like 3-5 minutes away. I would suggest them to replace their ac because it’s a bit small for a big room and provide a safe space for parking. It was indeed an awesome stay for us here! :)

Great for groups!

Room was perfectly clean and new, staff very helpful and attentive. Owner is obviously taking good care of property. 5 minutes walk from pier to islands. Parking is also available. I highly recommend for everybody who are looking for comfortable and clean new modern room.

Very cleen and new property

The is very convenient  a short walk to the main attraction, the place is clean and staff are very friendly  and accommodating. Will be happy to recommend this place to others.

The property is not so big but the way the owner handles each visitors is so amazing that you will feel very important to them. You will be guided by the owner to locate the area. The transient house is tidy. The assistant personnel are always there to assist you. The only minor problem is the water on the second floor rooms. The water drip is not so strong and full specially in the morning time.

Simple but Amazing

Nice place close to the 100 islands. Only thing i didnt like was no hot shower. Other that it was a nice place.

Good place to stay

After traveling the world you get a sense for different cultures and the local travel habits.  If your looking to stretch out and expand, this isn’t for you.  But before you write this off, this is the perfect place for asian style family Travel.  What I mean by that is, just like my travel, I am no longer shy if we bundle up together in a room.  It’s the prefered way to travel in the region for bonding with loved ones.  The stay is set up like a teenie tiny “vecindad” apartment style but with a cute feel. The hosts make you feel very welcome and are very accomidating.  Small upstairs open courtyard with kitchen and terrance embraces you to stay.  I myself chose a room with two queen beds and 1 bathroom.  Small yes, but nice and cozy, it included two extra matresses if you have more guests.  I would say it fits 6 people tight but easily.  It’s a perfect place for  a small family or couples traveling to Alminos to sight see 100 Islands.  Room has AC and fan.  The only complaint is no hot water, low water pressure but in this country its typical to find such places.  As far as location,  This is key.  Situated about a block walking distance to the main embarcation zone- Perfect location, you could walk all the way if you felt like it.  I really enjoyed my stay here and the welcoming staff.  I would love to come back. Some tips beneficial.  Bring extra towels, and don’t book in advance.  Try call see if rooms available. 

Tiny, cozy, family friendly

The owner, Ms. Veronica was very helpful and attentive to all our requests and inquiries as well her staff. 
We received a discount from her to make it up for a  minor accessory malfunction. 
We got the room downstairs, air-conditioned, with 2 bathrooms and about 32" LCD television. Just right for us 10 adults and 2 children.
They also owned a boat that you can rent  for your island hopping activity and you may request her staff to cook dinner for your family for a very reasonable price.
