89 reviewsI can’t even describe how wonderful my 3 night experience was at El Mirador. A lovely family runs the place and their warm smiles made me feel like I was a part of their home. They provided lots of good information on how to get around in Tarapoto, how to get around, they even let me print out my boarding pass. It’s the little things that go the longest and El Mirador has it all. Air conditioning, hot water, home cooked breakfast on a rooftop — all of this is at El Mirador which is a hard find in Tarapoto. My girlfriend and I loved our stay here. Breakfast on the rooftop in the morning, hiking midday, reading in the afternoon in the hammocks, and then the quick stroll to Tarapoto nightlife just blocks away.
